We had a door sensor issue at our church that we were not able to solve. So, I Called Matt and after a few questions, we realized it was more than a battery issue, so he scheduled a tech to come out. A couple minutes later Matt called saying they had two techs driving through town heading to another town more than an hour away but could stop and check out the issue. Long story short, the techs made a small detour, resolved the issue and went on their way. LS3 is truly a customer focused company. 5 Stars+ to Matt and the LS3 team!
